What to expect
The market isn’t just shopping — it’s a place to connect, catch up, and be part of the community. Depending on the week, you’ll find: seasonal produce from Island farms and gardens, baked goods, preserves, and prepared foods, crafts, makers, and small-batch goods.
Great coffee roasted right here on Amherst Island, family-friendly activities throughout the season, and the neighbours you’ve been meaning to run into.

Note: No Saturday Market on August 1 — we’ll be setting up for the Music Festival that evening.
Become a vendor
We welcome new vendors throughout the season — Island residents and regional makers, growers, and food producers who’d be a good fit for the market.
One requirement: Vendors must be members of the Amherst Island Agricultural Society. Membership is $20/person or $40/family per year, and supports all the work that keeps the fairgrounds running.

Getting Here
Amherst Island is a short ferry ride from Millhaven, Ontario. Once you’re on the Island, the fairgrounds are in the village of Stella.
